Bookings made before the allowable time will not be accepted.
The status of the bookings will be based on the earliest booking received online (First Come First Serve Basis). Bookings will be accepted based on the maximum number of buggies available for each session.
Confirmation for SUCCESSFUL booking will be done over the telephone by office staff. When all bookings are confirmed, UNSUCCESSFUL bookings will also be informed.
Any cancellations for successful bookings shall be made by contacting the Club’s office not more than 12 hours before the tee-off time. Failure to notify the Club’s office about the cancellation will result in all registered players having to pay the full buggy fee.
Bookings for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will ONLY be accepted through the online booking form. Bookings made at the registration counter or through the telephone will not be accepted
